Cancellations

If you no longer need an item you just purchased, you may submit a cancellation request before it ships.

How to Request a Cancellation

1. Go to My Orders in your MaisonCrest account.
2. Select the order you would like to cancel.
3. Choose the cancellation option shown for that item, if available, and submit your request.

Please note that sending a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.

If a Cancellation Option Does Not Appear

If you do not see a cancellation option for your order, the item may already be too far along in processing or may have already shipped. In that case, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
