We understand how disappointing it can be to begin assembly and realize a piece appears to be missing. Before requesting assistance, please take a moment to check whether the part was packed inside the item for transport.
Before You Report a Missing Part
Some components are placed inside other areas of the product during shipping to help protect them in transit. They may not be immediately visible when the package is first opened.
Please carefully inspect all packaging materials and the item itself before assuming a part was left out.
Where to Check
- Inside all boxes and protective packaging
- Within compartments, drawers, or storage sections
- Attached underneath or inside the item for safekeeping during shipment
