How to Place an Order

MaisonCrest offers secure ordering options so you can choose the method that feels most convenient for you.

• Order online: Ordering through our website is simple, secure, and efficient. You can review your order status and manage eligible order details through your account after purchase.

• Order by phone: If you would prefer personal assistance, our customer care team can help place your order and answer any questions along the way.

• Pay by check or money order: If you would like to submit payment by check or money order, a quote will need to be prepared first.

Payment Options

We accept major credit cards for online purchases. If you use a debit card, the funds may be withdrawn immediately.

For security purposes, orders may be subject to fraud screening. In some cases, we may verify address details through a third-party security provider or request additional information before processing the order. While we work to complete this review as quickly as possible, it may occasionally result in a delay.

PayPal may also be available at checkout for eligible orders.

Qualified corporate, educational, nonprofit, and government organizations may place orders using purchase orders, subject to credit review by our finance and accounting team. Purchase orders must be signed, valid documents and must include both billing and shipping addresses, the preferred shipping method, and all applicable costs, including merchandise totals, shipping and handling, and taxes where required.

Requests, letters, faxes, or memoranda that only reference a purchase order number cannot be accepted in place of the purchase order itself. Purchase orders must be submitted by mail or fax where applicable.

• The minimum purchase order amount accepted is $100.

• Payment terms are Net 30.

• Purchase order numbers cannot be accepted by phone.

• International purchase orders cannot be accepted.

• Orders cannot be processed until a signed purchase order has been received.

Store credit, when available, may be used toward all or part of an order during checkout. Gift cards may also be applied at checkout using the provided code.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include your order number, which serves as your reference if you need assistance later.

Please review your order summary carefully to make sure all details are correct, and keep the email for your records. If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folder first, then sign in to your account or contact MaisonCrest for help.

If you need another copy of your receipt, you may be able to access your order details through your account.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on the delivery destination for your order.

If you qualify for tax-exempt purchasing, please contact MaisonCrest before placing your order.

Promotional Codes

If you have received a promotional code, please enter it during checkout so it can be applied to your order.
