Returns and Exchanges

We want every MaisonCrest piece to feel right in your home. If something is not the right fit, eligible items can be returned directly from your order details.

How to Start a Return

1. Sign in to your MaisonCrest account and open your order history.
2. Select the item you would like to send back and follow the return steps provided.
3. Print the prepaid return label that is generated during the process.
4. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, or in packaging of a similar size and protection.
5. Send the item back using the instructions provided. Any applicable return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Before You Send an Item Back

Please make sure the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Using the original packaging is preferred whenever possible, as it helps protect the item while in transit.

If you need assistance with an exchange or a return-related issue, begin through your order details so the appropriate next steps can be provided for that item.

Return eligibility and any related charges are based on the item and the order details. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please report the issue through your order information so we can help with a resolution.
